Our Mission and Objectives

To cherish, uphold and project the honor and dignity of Ijebu culture, language, and tradition worldwide.  To promote and support democracy at all costs and to foster individual freedom. To encourage and deliberate on issues paramount to the Ijebu people.
To preserve the Association as a non-partisan cum religious organization.
To foster the economic empowerment of Ijebu land and showcase our rich culture to the world.
To undertake specific projects beneficial to Ijebu’s aimed at enhancing our personal and collective development.
To work with other organizations inside and outside Nigeria to promote peace, stability, justice, and unity while working actively for the promotion of Ijebu’s interests.
To engage in other social services aimed at giving back to the society where we reside.
To engage in activities worldwide, that promotes and ensures social justice, equity, opportunities, and interests of Ijebu Descendants.
To work diligently to bridge the information gap between the Ijebus’ and the world.
To establish a presence in Nigeria to facilitate home-based activities.
To ensure the advancement of Ijebu traditional institutions.
